两者形容词修饰对象不同。deputy作形容词时用于一般副职，如主任，处长，科长。vice作形容词时用于较高层次的副职，如总理，主席。两者名词含义不同。deputy意为代表，副手。vice意为恶习，不道德行为。
deputy和vice有什么区别
vice仅限于用于最高领导职位的副职，其他副职一般不用vice;deputy用于除vice之外的中高职位的副手，deputy的本意是“代理”，也就是一把手不在时，deputy可以行使职权，比如市长不在时，副市长是可以代为行使职权的。
