香港城市大学住房与城市管理硕士课程。香港城市大学文理与社会科学学院开设的住房与城市管理（住房/城市管理）文学硕士学 位是一个新的综合课程，建立在着名的住房研究文学硕士和城市管理文学硕士课程的优 势之上。有两个专业学习方向：住房方向和城市管理方向；住房方向主要迎合选择接受 房屋管理专业培训的本地房屋管理从业者；城市管理方向适合那些对城市管理感兴趣， 同时渴望提高住房管理概念能力的人。
