一、信头:指发信人的地址和日期,写在信纸的右上角。
二、称呼:指对收信人的地址和称呼。写在信头之下,从信纸的左边开始。写信给熟悉的人,如王明一般用Dear Wang Ming或Dear Mr. Wang。
三、信的正文:指信的主体部分,从称呼的下一行到结束语前,第一段顶头写。
四、结束语:指正文下面的结束客套话。常用Yours sincerely, Yours ever,或者Yours或Yours truly,Truly Yours等。
五、签名:指发信人的签名,写在结束语的下面。
六、注意:地址是从小到大,日期可以是日-月-年,也可以是月-日-年。例如:30 Nanjing Road,
