区别1、myself是第一人称单数反身代词。by myself 是介词加代词作宾语构成介宾结构。2、myself，我自己，亲自。by myself，我独自地。myself释义(the reflexive form of I I的反身形式) （用于动作影响说话人或作者时）我自己 例句I haven't been feeling myself recently (= I have not felt well) .我最近感觉不太好。by myself释义（我）独自，单独。例句I know you mean well, but I can manage by myself .我知道您是一番好意，不过我一个人能行。
