ignore的基本意思是“不顾,忽视”,指的是有意地忽视某人或某种现象,也指忽视了比较明显的东西,甚至可指闭上眼睛不去看不想看的东西。
1.用作及物动词,接名词或代词作宾语。可用于被动结构。
(1)忽视；对…不予理会
(2)佯装未见；不予理睬
